Location was good and fantastic, we visited Blenheim Crescent, located just close to the property. The stuff where really responsive. The neighbourhood was very nice.

We had a fantastic stay at Urban Chic - Portobello. The spacious living area and good quality bathrooms added to the comfort of our stay. The apartment was located on a quiet street, ensuring a peaceful atmosphere. The security of the block was also a plus.

Overall experience was REALLY NICE. Setting was incredible, we were minute walk from Museum of Brands. Moreover, it was in quiet area very close to a quiet area, and Portobello market. The bedroom was lovely with views over a garden.

The location of the hotel was excellent, with a lovely gated park for kids right opposite the building. it was close to Portobello market and conveniently located near the tube station.
The check-in process was a bit of a hassle, with a waiting time of around 15 minutes even after making a phone call as instructed.

Spent here 3 fantastic nights, no better place to stay. It was marvellous close to the tube. What's more, I was close enough to Holland park, a very nice area and Paddington. Staff was accommodating and amicable. I loved the room with all the equipments. A shower, a hair dryer and bath sheets were provided. Everything was simply really good.

The apartment was superb base for sightseeing in London, really enjoyed it. You could use some equipment and a coffee machine if you wanted to cook. Great room, we were satisfied with all the equipments.
